Twitter Competition Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for TheVillaSociety Twitter competition:

1. Entry is open to residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families.
2. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM (GMT) on 27/04/23.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6. Eligibility: This competition is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom (UK) who possess a valid UK address for the delivery of the prize. Entrants must provide proof of residency upon request.
7. The prize is a retro Aston Villa 1990 Blackout Shirt. In the event the shirt is unavailable or out of stock, the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
8. The winner will be notified via a reply to their entry tweet and must provide a valid email address to claim their prize.
9. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entries found to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
11. The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues affecting entry into the competition.
12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
